Acceptable Use Policy
Anti-Spam Policy
Systron Micronix are 100% against spam and everything that
it represents. We uphold a ZERO TOLERANCE attitude towards
spam and our services. This means that:
* We do not host spammers.
* We will terminate any account(s) associated with spam or a
spammer. This includes services used as e-mail dropboxes,
Web sites advertised in spam e-mails and / or any other
services associated with the account(s), such as DNS and
mail services.
* We take all reports sent to our abuse address seriously,
be this via the Web form, or direct e-mail contact.
There is no room for compromise, no excuses of "we didn't
know it was spamming" or "we're CAN-SPAM compliant" or
similar are accepted.
We find that this hard stance on spam works best for our
users and the Internet in general.
Anyone having their account terminated under these
circumstances shall also have forwarding server details
publicly posted so that the maintainers of blocklists can
include the new location in their lists.
